  4.           Welcome to SwiftBBS.  SwiftBBS is a multi-featured
  5.      messaging program with several possible levels of difficulty
  6.      and customization.  SwiftBBS is a copyrighted program
  7.      available for public use without charge, subject to the
  8.      agreement contained in the program documentation.  SwiftBBS
  9.      may be controlled by internal menus, customized menus, and
  10.      (if you're skilled) questionnaire command files.

  12.           Before attempting to run SwiftBBS, read the
  13.      documentation in the file SWIFTBBS.DOC, or the jump start
  14.      file, SWIFTBBS.JMP.  For a detailed list of the files in the
  15.      SwiftBBS archive, type the file SWIFTBBS.LST.  For a
  16.      description of the package and it's features, refer to the
  17.      file SWIFTBBS.ABS.

  19.           New features or newly documented features not included
  20.      in the main documentation include the status bar and
  21.      improvements in the unattended mode (still in beta).
  22.      Separate documentation files (STATBAR.DOC & UNATTEND.DOC) are
  23.      included that have more information on these features.

  25.           A separate archive (TXTFILES.LZH) is being created
  26.      inside the main archive to hold the furnished txtfiles.  This
  27.      is being done to simplify understanding how to carry out the
  28.      installation.  These files are not required for proper
  29.      operation of the program.
